 Will any of my clients see Website Software 2Go branding or logos?
 Your clients will never see any reference to Website Software 2Go. You will be provided a complete private label system that will brand all your client's websites with your Business Name, Domain Name and Logo. You are able to set a small amount of HTML to be inserted onto the footer of every client's website with a link back to your website to ensure referrals from your clients' website visitors. You are provided name servers to provide to your clients based on your Domain Name. For example. ns1.yourdomainname.com AND ns2.yourdomainname.com. This allows full branding right down through to technical parts of you your clients websites. They will not know that Website Software 2Go exists!

Once I have setup my reseller account, how long before I can order
websites for my customers?
You can order websites straight away! When you order a Website, itis built for you straight away and accessible in 15 minutes or less! This allows you to start building websites immediately. When a Website is setup, we set up a Temp Domain Link, so that you can access the website before it is live on the Domain Name. This allows you as long as you need to, in order to build the website before making it live.

Do I have to purchase any websites to open a Reseller Account?
You are not required to purchase a website for yourself or a client upon opening a new Reseller Account. Simply fill in the Online Application Form, pay the Annual Reseller Fee and you can then order websites when you are ready, whether it be straight away or in 2 weeks time.

Do I need to purchase a Website Package for my Business in order to become a Reseller?
You do not need to purchase a Website for your Business in order to become a Reseller. We do however recommend that you purchase a PROFESSIONAL package and we connect your Reseller Admin to this, which will provide full automation and easy management of your customers and their websites. If you do not purchase a website for your Business, you will be provided a Reseller Admin Area where you can add a client and then order a Website for them. You will not have any other features than this. By ordering a PROFESSIONAL package, all your Internet Marketing efforts will be automated as you can then send Email Newsletters, setup Auto Responders and many other essential parts of owning an automated business.

What is Reseller Credit and is there a minimum amount I need to deposit
in order to become a Reseller?
Reseller Credit is simply money that you have deposited into your reseller account with Website Software 2Go which you use to purchase Websites. For example, you deposit $500 into Website Software 2Go's bank account via credit card or direct deposit and you will then have $500 credited to your Reseller Account. Then when logging into your Reseller Admin, you will find you can order websites, and the cost of the websites you order, are removed from you Reseller Account. When you run out of Reseller Credit, you can fill it up any time. There is no minimum amount required to be deposited or sitting in your account. You can use it as you need to order websites simply by filling the reseller account up with reseller credit by paying money across to Website Software 2Go.

Do I need to purchase a 128 bit encrypted SSL Certificate for any of my
customer websites requiring to accept Credit Cards?
We provide a shared SSL certificate so that you do not have to purchase one. Only in the case of your client's using the eWay or the eProcessor system, will they require to be using the SSL certificate, in which case the page that credit card details are asked is customised to your client's website colours and Business name and does not require you or your client to do anything for it to work. When requiring bank approval for a Merchant Account, you can easily create a test invoice and provide a link to the Bank to see the SSL certificate your client will be using.

What sort of money should I expect to make as a Reseller?
Resellers make income according to their own efforts in marketing websites to the retail marketplace. Websites are always in high demand and high quality websites even more. Does the Reseller or client own the Website when they order it?
Reseller license the use of the software from Website Software 2Go and Reseller's do not own the website. The Website Terms and Conditions detail the supply of the website from the Reseller to the client again in a license. Neither the Reseller or the website owner, own the website software, both license the use of the software for the agreed term. The website owner, owns all their content they put in the website software. After 30 days beyond the renewal date, the website will become turned off and all content lost, therefore it is important for the client to renew their website or download all their content from their website before the renewal date of the website.

Is there a money back guarantee for as a Reseller so that I can offer
this to my clients in any marketing?
Website Software 2Go offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all websites ordered. This allows a Reseller to use this in their marketing and assure customers that they have a 30 day money back period in case they need to use it. A Reseller needs only put in a Support Ticket and request the website to be refunded within the 30 day period from ordering the website.

Do I get source code access to the Website?
You are not provided any source code access to the Website Software at any times. The Website Software is provided by us on our Website Servers and is not something available for people to download and get access to source code whether paid or free. We maintain and update the Website Software constantly and provide ongoing improvements and assurance of your website working all the time!

Can I purchase the Source Code outright?
The Website Software source code is not available for purchase outright. We do bulk licensing to major ISPs upon request. Bulk licensing requires the organisation to pay a large annual fee to provide their customers with the website software, rather than a per website fee. ISPs need to apply for Bulk Licensing and large volume and can contact us for more information.

Can I host this website software on my own Hosting Account?
No the websites are not able to be hosted elsewhere under any circumstances. The website software is only provided on our Hosting system which allows the full functionality of the website software to be accessed.

Why is there an annual or monthly price instead of a once off price?
The website software is supplied as a complete system including website hosting and tech support. The recurring annual or monthly fee is the lease fee for the use of the platform, it covers all upgrades, maintenance and support. If a customer were to build the equivalent to a PROFESSIONAL platform with all it's functionality and pay for upgrades and support, they would be paying well in excess of $220,000. The benefit of paying an annual lease fee is so the customer doesn't have to worry about excessive and continuous costs. The annual lease fee also means more people can use a premium product, which they otherwise would never be able to afford.

Where are the websites hosted geographically?

All content you upload into the website and the contacts, customers and lists you generate, all belong to the website owner. If you choose to move to another website provider, you are able to export the data from the website admin area and get access to download all the images used in your website. You always own any content uploaded by yourself. Be sure you adhere to all copyright laws for any content you do upload.

Can I have FTP Access to my website?
You are able to setup FTP Accounts to your Website Assets folder. Your Website Assets folder contains all the images and files you have uploaded into your website. You can using FTP upload/download into the website assets. You can setup unlimited FTP accounts into the assets folder. You do not get FTP Access to the root folder of the website or anywhere that source code for the website software is used.

Can I get a backup of my website?
You are able to copy n paste any content in your website pages, download CSV files of lists in your website and also download any files such as images or documents you have uploaded into your website at any time. You do not have to back these up though as we provide as part of our website hosting service included with the website software, a full backup system that is performing daily backups of your database and website assets. These are done on mass for all websites and are used for recovery purposes only. You are able to within the website also able to restore a backup of a saved version of a Webpage or Email Newsletter as each time you save these items, a copy is made so that you can restore the webpage or newsletter from a backup version if you want to. All in all, we have got it covered so you can just get on with your Business! We recommend Angel Backup for all your computers in your office with extremely good rates and software that backups up your office computer onto the Internet so you can restore any files at any time.

What if I want to move my website later on to another website provider?
You are welcome to move to another website provider at any time. You are able to copy n paste any content in your website pages, download
CSV files of lists in your website and also download any files such as
images or documents you have uploaded into your website at any time through the Admin Area as well as by FTP. Your new website provider should be able to help you with using their system and importing any content.

What is the difference between Open Source (free to download) and an
Enterprise Source (paid for solution)?
Open source requires no fees in order to gain access to the code, however you will still need the hosting and technical support for the software. Enterprise source as provided by ourselves allows you to get all levels of support right from the simple things to the very technical things. Can I purchase a STANDARD package and upgrade to a different package later on and is there any fees?
Yes you can upgrade and downgrade at any time. There is no additional fees other than paying the pro-rata amount remaining until your next renewal date. For example : if you have 3 months left on your current package and wish to upgrade, then you will simply need to pay the difference between the 2 packages for the 3 month period. When downgrading you are not given additional time on your renewal, so it is best to wait until just before your renewal date to downgrade. There are no fees with downgrading or upgrading.

Is the website safe to accept Credit Cards by using a 128 bit encrypted
SSL Certificate?
Yes. All websites are equipped automatically to use a SSL certificate when any credit card details are being entered in the website software. This is used when a customer has enabled the eWay or eProcessor payment gateways. PayPal provides their SSL certificate when you go through their website to make payment.

How much do I get paid as an Affiliate and what do I get paid for?
You are paid a 5% ongoing royalty on all Reseller Credit added by any Resellers you refer. There is no commission paid for a Reseller becoming a reseller or on the annual reseller fee. Commissions are only paid for any Reseller Credit added by the Reseller for purchasing websites and other products we offer them to re-sell. You are paid for any websites and products paid for by Resellers you referred. You are not paid for recruiting resellers, you are paid on products sold only.

Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate and is there any ongoing
costs?
There is no cost to becoming an Affiliate, simply signup online using our Online Affiliate Application. There is also no cost to continue your Affiliate active status. We will simply email you each 12 months on the anniversary date of you joining the Affiliate Program. The email will ask for you to confirm you wish to remain an Affiliate for another 12 months. Upon confirming this by clicking on the link and following directions in the email, you will remain an active Affiliate. So it costs you nothing, but you can make money! Signup Online now!

How do I refer someone to Website Software 2Go?
When your Affiliate application has been approved, you will receive a Welcome Email and this will provide you details of the link you can provide potential resellers. You can supply this by email, put on a website or put anywhere that accepts a link, like Facebook. This link is coded with your Affiliate ID and will when the person clicks on it or visits the link, will be detected by our website and assign a hidden variable to that person which identifies you as the referring Affiliate. When the Reseller fills in their Application form, it will detect your ID and let us know so we can pay you commissions on any credit they add to their Reseller Account.

How will I know if someone has become a Reseller and I will get paid
commissions?
You can log into your Affiliate Login Area and see your list of Resellers that have been referred by you as well as a list of all Commission statements. The list of resellers will allow you to see all the Reseller's information so you can contact them.

Do I make any commissions from referring other Affiliates?
No. Commissions are only paid on Resellers you refer. You are not paid on the efforts of other Affiliates and their resellers they have referred. In other words this is a 1 level Affiliate Program and is not multi level in any way.

When do I get paid and how do you pay me?
You will be paid Monthly via PayPal or your Bank Account. We will pay all commissions by the 10th of the month for any Reseller credit added during the previous month. In other words, you are paid before the 10th of May for commissions earned in April. If you live within Australia or New Zealand, you will be paid directly into your Bank Account, otherwise you will be required to supply a PayPal account ID for us to send you money to.
